Executive - Exhibitions

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in layout plan management to ensure a smooth logistic flow and compliance to the local authority guidelines & SOPs
  • To assist in booking allocation and new sales enquiries assignment and follow up with sales team for progress update
  • To assist in sales and project administration works such as contract filing, database management, prepare agenda & minutes of meeting, exhibition license & insurance application, compile/generate relevant reports and etc.
  • To work closely with Operations team for exhibition preparation and on-site coordination and management
  • To recruit temporary event staffs
  • To assist on exhibitions related ad-hoc tasks
  • To ensure department’s goals and directions are met

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent certification.
  • Preferably executive in exhibitions/ events management industry
  • Good command of English in both written and spoken, other languages are an added advantage
  • Computer literate and well organised with pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Possess own transport and be able to travel when necessary would be an advantage

Executive - Marketing Communications

About the Job:

C.I.S seeks a dynamic, self-starter to assist our MARCOM department within our exhibition organiser industry. This job is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of the MARCOM department functions from A&P, Public Relations to Events while working on our award-winning exhibitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in media monitoring for relevant and competing exhibitions to identify current and future market trends
  • Assist with preparation, distribution and delivery of marketing materials
  • Assist in managing and executing deliverables of the project schedules in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assist with supporting side events in the exhibitions:
    ◦ Including brainstorming sessions for the activities onsite
    ◦ Communication with external parties (sponsors, media partners, agencies and/or vendors) to collate relevant information in relation to marcom project and activities
    ◦ Preparation of agendas and meeting minutes
  • Collaborate with the working team on new ideas, directions and materials for marketing communications and media preview events
  • Assist on-site during and pre-exhibition including opening ceremonies, launches and press conferences

Requirements:

  • 1 – 2 years working experience
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Mass Communications or related discipline
  • Quick learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer and social media literate with basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to communicate professionally

Junior / Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and developing new clients to take part in lifestyle & trade exhibitions and related online platforms.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities as well as to recommend potential new trade exhibitions or ideas to the management.
  • To ensure strong client relationship is maintained with existing clients and build new clientele.
  • To analyse trade exhibitions and promotions to create best practices and optimize future efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify key accounts for each exhibition and implement strategy marketing plans for the launch of all exhibitions.
  • To work closely with Marcom department to develop effective marketing strategies.

Management Information Systems (MIS) - Senior Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites from layout to function and according to company’s specification.
  • Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user friendly design and clear navigation to achieve marketing objective of lead generation, sign up, sales conversion etc
  • Take lead on technical aspect on new business venture (e-commerce, online community portal, system for virtual exhibition, digital solutions, etc)
  • Take lead to champion digitalisation effort for company (for example system workflow, CRM, ERP, project management system, BI etc)
  • Work with team in strategizing and implementing overall direction of digital plan including funnel building, drip email flow, digital marketing technical setup for assigned exhibition project(s)
  • Strong knowledge in computer hardware and application support, firewall, web server, database administration, in house e-system, system integration, etc
  • Perform troubleshooting analysis on network related issues

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least diploma, and/or degree in computer science/ information technology or equivalent

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all sales activities from cold-calling, sales pitching and maintaining an updated CRM system to ensure sales KPI is met
  • Client management, ensure good rapport and strong client relationship is maintained
  • Attending industry networking events to meet new prospects and identify new business opportunities
  • Working closely with Marcom Department to provide market feedback and insights

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Executive specialized in Exhibition/Event Planning or equivalent (Exhibition industry knowledge would be added advantage)

Responsibilities:

  • To provide full spectrum of business, secretarial and administrative support with highly confidential to President on his daily tasks
  • Maintain President’s time schedule and schedule meetings and appointments for VIPs or visitors
  • Handle travel and accommodation arrangement, e.g. visa application, flight and hotel reservations, preparation of itinerary, etc. for President
  • To attend and prepare minutes of meeting with clients, suppliers and business
  • Liaise effectively and professionally with management, colleague and business associates
