Junior / Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and developing new clients to take part in lifestyle & trade exhibitions and related online platforms.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities as well as to recommend potential new trade exhibitions or ideas to the management.
- To ensure strong client relationship is maintained with existing clients and build new clientele.
- To analyse trade exhibitions and promotions to create best practices and optimize future efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to identify key accounts for each exhibition and implement strategy marketing plans for the launch of all exhibitions.
- To work closely with Marcom department to develop effective marketing strategies.
- To work with relevant departments to ensure the exhibitions are being run effectively.
- Ensure the client’s needs from initial sale through the execution of each exhibition is met.
- Roll-out and manage brand appropriate in exhibitions.
- To conduct cold-calling activities and meet up with regular and potential clients for sales presentation.
- To track and document all clients and prospect communications and interactions in CRM database.
Management Information Systems (MIS) - Senior Executive

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites from layout to function and according to company’s specification.
- Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user friendly design and clear navigation to achieve marketing objective of lead generation, sign up, sales conversion etc
- Take lead on technical aspect on new business venture (e-commerce, online community portal, system for virtual exhibition, digital solutions, etc)
- Take lead to champion digitalisation effort for company (for example system workflow, CRM, ERP, project management system, BI etc)
- Work with team in strategizing and implementing overall direction of digital plan including funnel building, drip email flow, digital marketing technical setup for assigned exhibition project(s)
- Strong knowledge in computer hardware and application support, firewall, web server, database administration, in house e-system, system integration, etc
- Perform troubleshooting analysis on network related issues
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least diploma, and/or degree in computer science/ information technology or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in similar role is required for this position
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of marketing funnel and/or website building
- Good in troubleshooting and able to work independently
- Fluent in written and spoken in English and Mandarin language
Sales - Senior Executive
RM 4,500 – 8,000
Responsibilities:
- Perform all sales activities from cold-calling, sales pitching and maintaining an updated CRM system to ensure sales KPI is met
- Client management, ensure good rapport and strong client relationship is maintained
- Attending industry networking events to meet new prospects and identify new business opportunities
- Working closely with Marcom Department to provide market feedback and insights
- Upselling and cross selling additional services
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communications / Advertising / Media or equivalent
- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Positive, can-do attitude with a desire to continually improve performance
- Strong communication skills, spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Knowledge in Mandarin or Cantonese language will be added advantage)
- Available to work on weekends and public holidays during Exhibition days
- May require to travel outstation when needed
Operation - Executive
RM 2,900 – 4,000
Responsibilities:
- To assist in build-up and tear down of exhibition projects throughout Malaysia
- To assist in event conceptualization, pre-event development, onsite event, to post-event reporting and analysis
- To source and communicate with exhibition logistic management, external contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery during operation
- To assist in recruiting temporary event crews/part timer
- To assist with issuing invoices and collecting payments in a timely manner
- To attend to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors
- To keep updated on industry trends and consumer market
- To liaise and work closely with other departments
- Any other operations related ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Executive specialized in Exhibition/Event Planning or equivalent (Exhibition industry knowledge would be added advantage)
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Computer literate and well organised with pleasant and outgoing personality
- Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and long hours when required during the exhibition period
Secretary
RM 4,000 – 7,500
Responsibilities:
- To provide full spectrum of business, secretarial and administrative support with highly confidential to President on his daily tasks
- Maintain President’s time schedule and schedule meetings and appointments for VIPs or visitors
- Handle travel and accommodation arrangement, e.g. visa application, flight and hotel reservations, preparation of itinerary, etc. for President
- To attend and prepare minutes of meeting with clients, suppliers and business
- Liaise effectively and professionally with management, colleague and business associates
- Handle personal, private and matters professionally and confidentially
- Deal with property agents, property management companies, contractors, suppliers, service providers
- Ensure all documents are administered properly, file systematically for easy retrieval and maintain up-to-date information in files as necessary
- Willing to multitask and undertake special assignment, accept any other related duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Secretarial / Business Management / Business Administration or equivalents
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in the related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
