Responsibilities:
Within this role, you will be leading and overseeing our digital presence by strategizing and building funnels and digital marketing plan to promote online community portal, online exhibition, physical exhibition, online/ offline events.
Roles:
- Oversee and lead team in strategizing and implementing overall direction of digital plan including funnel building, drip email flow, marketing communication flow for assigned exhibition project(s) across all digital marketing touchpoints.
- Working in partnership with internal & external team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all digital marketing communications requirement.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Leading the digital marketing team in establishing system & process not limited to establishing budget guidelines, documenting business processes, best digital processes.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal teams and management about digital marketing plan, strategies and budgets.
- Updating management regularly on the progress of digital marketing activities and reporting on the results of digital marketing campaigns.
- Work together with management and project head(s) to deliver business objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business/Media/Mass Communication or the equivalent.
- Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in media/advertising/event/digital marketing agency or any related field.
- Deep knowledge of marketing funnel & overview of digital marketing.
- Innovation mentality, resourcefulness & creative thinking.
- Strong communication, creative and written skills with a marketing awareness.
- Proven experience developing digital marketing plans and campaigns that achieve targeted KPI.
- Possess experience in leading creative and digital marketing teams.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with digital marketing automation, CRM tools, funnel building. (bonus)
Responsibilities:
- To assist in coordinating, planning and execute effective project ensuring timely delivery of projects/events.
- To assist in executing from event conceptualization, Pre-event development, onsite event, to post-event reporting and analysis.
- To assist in planning and execution of conferences, meetings and other events.
- To assist in developing the conference agenda, including topics and speakers.
- To schedule speakers, arranging for audiovisual equipment, and make arrangement for the event facilities such as meeting rooms, etc.
- To assist in monitoring and reviewing project timeline, taking pro-active action in identifying problems and providing practical solution to the problem.
- To source and communicate with external contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery during operation.
- To source for supplier required per project and responsible in project cost control, supplier management and risk management.
- To conduct on-site management of manpower and floor management.
- To assist with issuing invoices and collecting payments in a timely manner, and creating comprehensive and readable summary of report.
Skills Required:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Event Management, Time Management, Conference Management.
- Team-oriented, Flexibility and can work long hour, Initiative and Willing to Learn.
- Preferably specialized in Exhibition/Event Planning or equivalent. (Exhibition industry knowledge would be added advantage).
Responsibilities:
- To assist in coordinating and monitoring project plans, project schedules and budgets.
- To assist in layout plan management to ensure a smooth logistic flow and compliance to the local authority guidelines & SOPs.
- To assist in booking allocation and new sales enquiries assignment and follow up with sales team for progress update.
- To assist in sales and project administration works such as contract filing, database management, prepare agenda & minutes of meeting, exhibition license & insurance application, compile/generate relevant reports and etc.
- To work closely with Operations team for exhibition preparation and on-site coordination and management.
- To liaise with various partners involved in the project.
- To ensure the development and updating of content for social media.
- To assist on exhibitions/project related ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Administration/Management/Marketing or other related field.
- Preferably executive in exhibitions/ events management industry.
- Good command of English in both written and spoken, other languages are an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- To provide full spectrum of business, secretarial and administrative support with highly confidential to President on his daily tasks.
- To manage President’s time schedules and schedule meetings & appointments for VIPs or visitors.
- To handle travel and accommodation arrangement, e.g. visa application, flight and hotel reservations, preparation of itinerary, etc. for President.
- To arrange and coordinate for the meetings.
- To prepare minutes of meeting with clients, suppliers and business partner.
- To liaise effectively and professionally with management, colleague and business associates.To handle personal, confidential information and maintain professionally and confidentially at all times.
- To prepare reports, presentations and correspondence.
- To deal with property agents, property management companies, contractors, suppliers, service providers.
- To ensure all documents are administered properly, file systematically for easy retrieval and maintain up-to-date information in files as necessary.
- Willing to multitask and undertake special assignment, accept any other related duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Secretarial / Business Management / Business Administration or equivalents.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in the related field.

Responsibilities
- Assist in exhibition layout plan planning to ensure the compliance of the latest SOP or regulations set by the local authority.
- Preparation for exhibition materials such as show directory, show guide, layout plan, on-site boards and etc.
- Be part of the Operations team during exhibition, assist in exhibition service counter, front liner to handle exhibitor’s enquiries. Assist the Floor Manager to ensure the deliverables are done in a timely manner and the overall build up are compliance to the rules and regulations.
- Assist in project administration works such as exhibition contracts verification, license application from the local authority, sales report generation, post show report compilation and etc.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business/Mass Communication or its equivalent.
- Creative, passionate, attention to details, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Assist in media monitoring for relevant and competing exhibitions.
- Assist in updating and maintaining digital and social media presence:
- Including scheduling Facebook updates.
- Assist in planning and managing EDMs or eNewsletters.

- Including preparation and sourcing of customer database.
- Compilation and information sorting with data entry.
- Assist with supporting side events in the exhibitions:
- Including brainstorming sessions for the activities onsite.

- Collaborate with the working team on new ideas, directions and materials for marketing communications and media preview events.
Requirements:
- Completing or working towards a college degree preferably in the related fields of Marketing, Communications or Public Relations.
- Effective communicator with good grasp of the English language both written and oral with Chinese preferable.
- Firm grasp of available tools and platforms in the social media space.
- Computer and social media literate with basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
